Is Nexpense made for student circles?
Yes, first of all. Nexpense is built in Luxembourg around what a cercle needs: online sign-up with approval, events that sell out, a yearly committee handover and members who speak English, French and German. It works just as well for sports clubs and other associations.
Can a Club des Jeunes use Nexpense?
Yes. A youth club needs a member list, events with sign-up and a treasury that survives a change of committee, and that is what Nexpense does. Read more on our page for youth clubs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new association gets 7 days with full access to the Starter plan. No credit card is needed.
What does Nexpense cost?
Plans start at €79 per year for up to 50 active members, and every plan includes every feature. See pricing.
Do members need to install an app?
No. The member portal works in any browser, and iPhone users can add their card to Apple Wallet.
Can members pay their fee through Nexpense?
Not online. You record payments that arrive by bank transfer or cash, and the member list shows who has paid.
